au Jardin Parfumé d’Erick Ifergan à Grasse
Rejoignez l’artiste Erick Ifergan et le chef Shintaro Suzuki pour un dîner à quatre mains, suivi d’un concert ‘jazz manouche’ pour fêter l’été tous ensemble.
Dans la maison « Le jardin parfumé », une authentique bastide grassoise de parfumeurs, qui à vu passer des artistes illustres comme St Exupery et Gerard Philippe, l’artiste cinéaste Erick Ifergan met en scène un nouveau dîner d’artiste, curaté par Jeanne Ifergan, le dimanche 11 juillet 2021.
Musique, gastronomie, art pluriel, danse, cinéma, poésies… Chaque soirée constitue une expérience exceptionnelle. Dans un décor de fresques murales et d’œuvres uniques, les invités participent pleinement à cette découverte multi sensorielle.
Pour ce diner Erick accueillera Shintaro Suzuki, chef au Majestic à Cannes pour une prestation à quatre mains concoctées par les deux artistes.

In the house « Le jardin parfumé », an authentic manor of perfumers from Grasse, which has received famous artists such as St Exupery and Gerard Philippe, the artist and filmmaker Erick Ifergan stages his next artist’s dinner, curated by Jeanne Ifergan, on Sunday 11th July 2021.
Music, gastronomy, multimedia art, dance, cinema, poetry… Each dinner is an exceptional experience. In a décor of murals and exclusive works by the artist, guests participate fully in this multi-sensory discovery.
For this dinner, Erick will welcome Shintaro Suzuki, chef at the Majestic in Cannes for a four-handed menu performed by the two artists.
Erik Ifergan
Erick Ifergan est un artiste pluridisciplinaire : cinéaste, photographe, peintre, sculpteur, poète et scénariste qui partage son temps entre les Etats-Unis et le Sud de la France où il a installé ses ateliers. Ses œuvres touchent l’inconscient collectif de façon poétique et profonde grâce à des images pleines d’émotion et de surréalisme qui attirent grand nombre d’amateurs d’art. Erick Ifergan explore la dimension cachée des choses en allant chercher au plus profond de l’âme humaine.
Erick Ifergan is a multimedia artist: filmmaker, photographer, painter, sculptor, poet and writer who shares his time between the USA and the south of France where he installed his studio.
His work touches the collective steam of consciousness in a poetic and profound manner.
Erick Ifergan explores the hidden dimension of things by searching deep inside the human soul.
Shintaro Suzuki
Formé au japon a toutes les formes de cuisine japonaise, Shintaro collabore actuellement avec le chef Mauro Colagreco (3 stars Michelin, élu meilleur chef au monde) à l’hôtel Majestic de Cannes où il a été pendant quelques années le principal sushi chef du restaurant de la plage. Shintaro est un jeune chef de 38 ans, amoureux de la culture gastronomique française et méditerranéenne. L’idée de ce dîner d’artiste est de mélanger les influences de la cuisine locale avec la cuisine traditionnelle japonaise.
Trained in Japan in traditional Japanese cuisine, Shintaro is currently working with chef Mauro Colagreco (3 Michelin stars – awarded best chef in the world) at Hotel Majestic in Cannes where Shintaro is also executive sushi chef.
Shintaro Suzuki is a young 38 years old chef born in Japan who loves French and Mediterranean gastronomy.The idea for the artist dinner is to mix local cuisine with Japanese traditional influences.
